Vitamin Supplements VS Whole Foods

We all want to be healthier these days. Then once the salad is eaten, the energy that comes from the nutrients in the greens the body uses to feed the cells in the body so it can be energized and nourished to carry on throughout the day. So we land up taking a handful of vitamin pills thinking this would supplement our daily need for nutrients.\n\nOur Whole Health System includes our whole food supplements for Fruits & Veggies as well as Fiber & Spice. Since whole food ingredients are natural, they contain a host of nutrients that exist within a complex. Whole food vitamin supplements (vitamins extracted directly from foods) are far superior to synthetic vitamins (vitamin look alikes made by mixing chemicals together in a lab).\n\nRaw fish oil vitamins, such as salmon fish oil or cod liver oil, are good examples of whole food vitamins. A whole food vitamin can start replacing the depleted levels of nutrients we have in our system. Most of us know that the best places to find health-sustaining nutrients is through a diet that includes fresh fruits and vegetables, for example, but few of us actually get enough of these foods in our day-to-day regimens.\n\nWhole food supplements are the best daily vitamin supplements you can use. Unfortunately, most commercially available nutritional supplements including vitamins, minerals and herbal products are made completely of single ingredient extracts or worse, artificially synthesized in a lab using chemical processes.\n\nIn addition, in our sedentary lifestyle our bodies actually need less food than when we lived and worked each day on the farm, yet we still eat more because of lack of proper nutrients, abundance of easily obtained processed food and other psychological conditions such as stress eating.
